The start of the band Key To Blues was in 2014. The band has gained experience and performances in various line-ups. Key To Blues plays various bluescovers. In addition, founder Roel Leget also releases his own work. He does that together with keyboard player Suus Berntzen. Their own work is a seperate project in which they (sometimes) collaborate with different musicians. For the recording of the album "This Train Wont Stop"that was with Frank Schuuring(drums), Ruud Rijkers (bass) and Koen Voskuilen on bluesharp.

The current band members are Wil Veldhuisen (drums), Jan Slotboom (bass), Koen Voskuilen (mouth harp), Suus Berntzen (Keys) and Roel Leget )Guitar/vocals). 

Under the inspired guidance of producer Siegfried Koelewijn of Studio Forte, the band recorded 26 songs of their own between November 2019 and November 2024, creating the albums “This Train Won't Stop” and “The Cherry On Top.”
